Two new tenants at Lane Parke, first phase now 100% leased

The first phase of the Lane Parke mixed-use development in Mountain Brook is now fully leased.

The newest tenants to sign on for the Evson Inc. development are X4, an expansion of Homewood’s Nexus Fitness that offers high-intensity training, and Buff City Soaps, which features soaps and skincare all made daily on site from plant-based, skin-approved ingredients.

Both new tenants will begin construction on their spaces this fall.

Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors’ efforts to lease the first phase of Lane Parke were completed within its first year of managing the property and amid the Covid-19 crisis, which has posed a number of challenges for retailers.

“We’ve worked hard to bring in small businesses that are as unique as this development. This is a one-of-a-kind place, and we are committed to finding tenants that understand that. We are confident that Phase 2 will be equally as successful,” said Crawford Square President Sam Heide.

John Evans, developer of Lane Parke Retail, said construction on the second and final phase of Lane Parke will start by the end of 2020. Tenants for future phases haven’t been disclosed.

Lane Parke is anchored by Publix’s Greenwise Market and Kessler Collection’s Grand Bohemian Hotel.
