High-end steakhouse coming to Mountain Brook’s Lane Parke

Atlanta’s Revival Restaurant Group will open a “high end steakhouse concept” in Mountain Brook’s Lane Parke later this year.

Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors, the leasing and managing company for Lane Parke, said a brand identity for the steakhouse is in its final conceptual stages and will be announced later.

The restaurant is expected to open this fall at the intersection of Rele Street and Jemison Lane, next to Little Buckhead Blue and MELT, and near Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream.

Grand opening details will be released later this summer.

Revival Restaurant Group is known for Birmingham’s Southern Kitchen + Bar and Uptown Cantina, as well as The Ivy Buckhead.
According to Crawford Square, the steakhouse will feature “a variety of cuts of prime beef, pork, fish and chicken, as well as a wide selection of internationally-inspired shareable plates – complete with a carefully crafted seasonal cocktail list.”
“We are excited to open in Lane Parke and introduce the community to a concept they can really call their own,” Jamey Shirah, managing member for Revival Restaurant Group, said. “Lane Parke has quickly become one of the most unique destinations in the Southeast and is the perfect location to debut our next restaurant.”

Sam Heide, CEO at Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors, said the steakhouse “completes the vision of this development and is the perfect addition to the diverse culinary experience at Lane Parke.”

Lane Parke, a luxury, mixed use project almost a decade in the making, opened the first phase of its retail portion in 2016, a year after The Grand Bohemian Hotel Mountain Brook, and apartments.

Lane Parke Phase II has also announced tenants such as Melt, Ladybird Taco and Maro. Several of the tenants are among the first announced locations for the chains in Alabama.
