Karen Weiner joined Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors as Director of Property Management based at the Pack Square Collection located in the heart of historic downtown Asheville, North Carolina.
With over 20 years’ experience in the shopping center industry with publicly traded REITs, Karen has led a variety of property management initiatives at locations from Texas to Virginia.
Karen’s experience includes all areas of property management including Leasing, Operations, Marketing and Development.
Some of the projects which Karen has had a key role include the development and grand opening of a 2.3 million square foot mixed use retail center, execution of successful community driven Marketing programs and management of leasing programs generating $4 million annually.
Karen enjoys spending time with her family in Tennessee and Texas, supporting local non-profit organizations, and exploring her new home of Asheville!
